All units will provide the students with the intricacies of various disciplines, providing in-depth knowledge and practical skills to overcome weaknesses and gaps. Over and above the students will gain the necessary organisational behaviour and soft skills knowledge.

Discipline Module: IT24CE001

This discipline unit offers significant value to individuals who possess a knack for numerical analysis and can envision resource requirements, as well as those familiar with installation and procurement processes.

Discipline Module: IT24CC002

This discipline unit equips participants with the skills to comprehend the cost implications of a project and effectively track individual project areas. This field is also referred to as cost engineering.

Discipline Module: IT24CM003

This discipline unit is primarily intended for professionals who grasp the implications of a project's contractual, commercial, and technical obligations, as well as the relationships with third parties.

Discipline Module: IT24PM004

This discipline unit, along with the other three units—and I say this impartially—is likely the most demanding of all. This is primarily because a top Project Manager must possess an excellent knowledge of all modules.
